What you will do

• Lead the production team to ensure consistent execution of operations, safety standards, and performance expectations.
• Align production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets in partnership with Supply Chain leadership.
• Monitor productivity and labor performance through quotas, workforce statistics, and performance dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to increase end-to-end workflow efficiency and scalability.
• Manage internal systems and tools, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, and ADP, to analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Enforce company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols to maintain a compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in production or operations management, including oversight of assembly and quality control teams.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and manage employees.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, system imaging, and device configuration.
• Working knowledge of Bash scripting and/or Windows batch scripting.
• Location: Must be based in Monroe, CT
