What you will do

• Analyze material usage and shortage trends to ensure material availability and accurate forecasting.
• Develop production scheduling plans and evaluate work center capacity to optimize resource utilization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Purchasing, Planning, and Production departments.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Oversee the material runner and assist the Supply Chain Manager in regulating inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends.
