What you will do

  • Architect and execute strategic joint sales plays and campaigns with top-tier partners to create new revenue streams.
  • Manage partner pipeline forecasting and track regional performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead partner enablement, training, and co-sell programs to elevate the capabilities of the partner ecosystem.
  • Cultivate multi-level partner relationships to drive long-term, scalable growth.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and influence marketing and product teams with actionable field insights.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure strategy alignment and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development.
  • Proven success in driving partner-led growth and executing joint business plans.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases and analyze performance.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Business or related field.
  • Partner/alliance credentials such as CSAP, AWS, or Microsoft certifications.
