Director, AWS Cloud Customer Success (AWS/Cloud): Leading a worldwide team of customer success managers and engineers to drive adoption and consumption of AWS and native solutions with an accent on revenue growth, customer retention, and value realization. Focus on optimizing cloud infrastructure, managing global KPIs, and guiding customers through end-to-end cloud migration journeys via the AWS MAP program.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in the USA (San Jose, CA; Morrisville, NC; or New York, NY)
Salary: $287,300 - $371,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead a worldwide team of customer success managers and engineers focused on the AWS Cloud business.
- Drive adoption and consumption of native services such as FSxN, Cloud Volumes ONTAP, and Data Services.
- Develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to meet expansion, revenue goals, and profitability.
- Manage key performance indicators including revenue growth, storage capacity, customer health, and CSAT trends.
- Build internal relationships and external partnerships to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, channel partners, and professional services to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (San Jose, Morrisville, or New York).
- 15+ years of related experience, including 10+ years of people management with direct reports.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in customer success management or engineering roles.
- Deep knowledge of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned quotas and KPIs over multiple years.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Computer Science or an MBA is preferred.
