Salary: $94,620 - $120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets.
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
- Drive feature adoption by creating and executing strategic Success Plans.
- Analyze product usage to identify account risks and growth opportunities.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and maintain regular customer communication.
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence the product development roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees.
- Domain knowledge in at least two areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Analytics.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
