Salary: $94,620 - $120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
  • Drive feature adoption by creating and executing strategic Success Plans.
  • Analyze product usage to identify account risks and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and maintain regular customer communication.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence the product development roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Project Management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees.
  • Domain knowledge in at least two areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Analytics.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
