What you will do
- Own full commercial responsibility for enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals, retention, and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Identify and close expansion opportunities, including the upsell of AI-powered solutions and entry into emerging markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and aligning solutions with customer AI and video strategies.
- Monitor customer health, usage trends, and KPIs to ensure high product adoption and satisfaction.
- Manage expansion pipelines, forecast accurately, and lead complex commercial negotiations involving procurement and legal.
- Position as a strategic innovation partner by educating customers on Generative AI, conversational AI, and video automation.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success with commercial ownership in SaaS, Cloud, or AI.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder environments and a portfolio of 10+ enterprise accounts.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and value-based selling.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Must be based in the US and authorized to work (indicated by 401k, FSA, and E-Verify requirements).

- Experience selling into or managing accounts in emerging markets.
