TL;DR

Employee Relations Specialist (HR): Managing employee relations and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational connection and morale with an accent on workplace investigations and manager coaching. Location: Onsite in Cleveland, OH, with required weekly travel to Highland Heights and Orrville, OH

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations matters from inception to resolution.
  • Coach and advise front-line leaders and managers on policy interpretation and performance management.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to increase connection and morale.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement and coordinate HR programs and communication.
  • Develop line manager capabilities by providing necessary HR tools and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 5 years of progressive experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Must be able to commute to Highland Heights and Orrville, OH facilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed for remote site support.
  • Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
