What you will do

• Partner with ER, Legal, and People Operations on company-wide policy and employment compliance.
• Track and manage global employment compliance requirements, including labor law postings and government reporting.
• Coordinate and scale required training programs across global regions.
• Collaborate with People Technology to support Workday Learning integration.
• Standardize and maintain key employee documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
• Manage and triage employee concerns and maintain accurate ER-related records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Employment Law, Employee Relations, or People Operations.
• Foundational understanding of global employee relations and HR compliance concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.
