What you will do

• Lead and manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
• Partner with managers, HR Business Partners, and legal counsel to address employee concerns.
• Provide expert guidance on performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support business goals.
• Deliver training on workplace conduct, harassment prevention, and labor relations compliance.
• Analyze workplace trends to recommend proactive engagement and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or employment law.
• Strong experience conducting complex workplace investigations and resolving sensitive issues.
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII.
• Experience supporting both union and non-union workforces.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and mediation skills.
