What you will do

  • Develop and implement robust territory sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage strategic account relationships and refine plans with retail customers.
  • Provide timely communication on market trends and customer feedback to shape future strategy.
  • Establish and grow multi-level relationships with customers, from sales agronomists to location managers.
  • Maintain accurate retail-level forecasting to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Identify new business opportunities with a strong emphasis on return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Business, preferably in the agricultural field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Western Canadian agriculture.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and delivering sales results.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.

Nice to have

  • CCA, P.Ag or similar professional designations.
  • Strong financial background.
