Senior Customer Manager (Amazon)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 94,928–144,928 for sales roles

What you will do

• Manage the Amazon account with direct accountability for the Brita, GLAD Waste, and Home Care businesses.
• Provide omnichannel leadership for the Canadian Sales Team.
• Use consumer and customer insights to drive category growth and brand performance.
• Identify mutually beneficial opportunities aligned with customer priorities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and balance investments to secure appropriate returns.
• Coordinate organizational resources to respond quickly and deliver accountable business results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in CPG sales preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of forecasting and trade spend management.
• Proven track record of achieving annual financial targets.
• Strong retailer and industry knowledge, communication, presentation, time management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and trade spend management tools.
• Strategic, collaborative, curious, results-oriented, and inspirational leadership approach.
