Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000)

What you will do
- Identify and engage new business opportunities to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Connect with prospective customers via outbound calls, compelling emails, and other professional platforms.
- Identify, build, and nurture a pipeline of self-generated client prospects.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high performance and consistent growth.
- Ensure all prospective customers receive a first-class experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting.
- Proven experience delivering on set monthly KPIs and targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and a tenacious nature to succeed.
- Ability to take initiative and confidently make outbound contact with potential clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to master and share deep product knowledge.
