TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing prospects within core and experimental markets with an accent on cold outreach and pipeline development. Focus on executing campaign strategies, conducting discovery calls, and collaborating with the sales team to expand market reach.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (2-3 days/week)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 GBP

What you will do

  • Source, qualify, and nurture prospects through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and execute campaign plans for core and experimental market verticals.
  • Conduct full discovery calls to qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Attend industry events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 months of experience in an SDR or BDR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and emailing for pipeline growth.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Resilience and a strong problem-solving approach to sales challenges.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.

  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
