TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Generating high-quality sales opportunities for the EMEA Enterprise team through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement. Focus on identifying technical pain points, mapping organizational structures, and building a robust sales pipeline to support long-term growth.

Location: Must be able to commute to the Cambridge office at least 1 day per week

Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 + Bonus (On Target £9,230)

What you will do

  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and manage prospecting activity within target accounts.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Research and map prospective accounts to identify key contacts and technology stacks.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Field Marketing on strategic account planning.
  • Meet daily KPIs for activity volume and monthly quotas for generated meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
  • Genuine interest in technology and ability to articulate technical information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt copy for multiple personas
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Must be able to travel to the Cambridge office safely in a day
