Salary: $126,000 – $150,000 base + 40% target incentives

What you will do
- Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions encompassing Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
- Utilize the challenger sales methodology and insight-driven processes to customize solutions for customer business goals.
- Collaborate with District Sales Teams and leaders to identify and acquire new opportunities within target accounts.
- Create and execute detailed account and market penetration plans.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from assessing customer needs through to closing and diversification.
- Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales or technical pre-sales roles.
- Proven track record in driving sales for legacy infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) within Data Centers.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco product lines and modern infrastructure solutions.
- Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud models.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with high-level customer decision makers.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time.
