What you will do

• Execute a global infrastructure strategy to drive platform predictability, operational excellence, and scalable cloud architecture.
• Own the end-to-end security posture and establish data governance frameworks to ensure compliance across microservices.
• Lead the automation strategy and design delivery pipelines to increase feature velocity and growth.
• Streamline deployment processes and drive incident response planning using SLOs and data-driven insights.
• Manage operational challenges for a distributed global team and implement tailored scaling strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Security.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase supporting an enterprise platform globally.
• Deep practical understanding of AWS/GCP ecosystems and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and modern observability tools like Datadog and Prometheus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Ghent, London, or Madrid offices.
