What you will do

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting the development, deployment, and operation of hirify.global's technical infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Establish and enforce SRE and DevOps practices, including rigorous CI/CD testing and release reviews.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and environments to reduce lead time and maintain 99.9% staging and CI/CD availability.
• Build resilient systems and disaster recovery procedures targeting 99.99% product availability.
• Strengthen hiring, provide technical guidance, coach team members, and support career development across distributed regions and time zones.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE for high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on leadership experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience creating secure development environments and maintaining large-scale cloud applications.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with neighboring teams.

• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple regions and time zones.
