Principal DevOps Engineer (AWS, Kubernetes, SaaS)

What you will do

• Build, operate, and evolve multi-tenant infrastructure running across multiple global regions on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Support critical production infrastructure and maintain reliable service operation with minimal downtime.
• Automate infrastructure management and enable safe product releases multiple times per day.
• Scale infrastructure for a growing user base and support development of the SaaS product.
• Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure security, monitoring, and incident detection and response.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Requirements

• In-depth practical experience with AWS, including VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, and EKS.
• Experience running production services in Kubernetes and managing clusters.
• Practical experience automating infrastructure management with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS product at scale.
• Pragmatic approach to iteration, delivery, autonomy, and constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience in an agile development team focused on delivering value early.
• Experience building observability and alerting into systems.
