What you will do

• Manage all aspects of environmental compliance for field-based solar projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental policies and procedures.
• Manage environmental permits and site-specific plans.
• Create and deliver environmental training programs for all levels of staff.
• Supervise, hire, and manage the performance of subordinate environmental professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in environmental management.
• 3+ years of experience within a construction environment (preferred).
• Ability to perform hard physical labor in extreme temperatures and varying outdoor conditions.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate cluttered, confined, or uneven construction site terrain.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
