What you will do

• Operate trimmers, mowers, and other landscaping equipment to prevent vegetation growth around solar arrays and fences.
• Perform site clean-up, including debris removal and maintenance of roads, fence lines, and waterways.
• Support land contractors and sheep ranchers in site management activities.
• Assist with PV panel washing and maintenance of plant equipment as required.
• Apply safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) in all tasks.
• Communicate process improvements to the Land Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with hands-on experience using landscaping tools.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, work order systems).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Physical ability to lift, walk, climb, and operate heavy equipment.
