What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on solar PV equipment, inverters, and trackers.
• Execute switching and clearance orders for high, medium, and low voltage systems.
• Conduct inspections and data collection on plant equipment in various environmental conditions.
• Ensure all work adheres to strict environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership to field personnel.
• Maintain professional documentation and administrative records for facility operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Casa Grande, AZ area.
• 3+ years of experience as a PV O&M solar technician.
• 5+ years of experience in a power plant environment.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent Journeyman qualifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical/mechanical fundamentals and control circuits.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
