What you will do

• Own end-to-end coordination of global event materials, branded merchandise, and shipping logistics.
• Maintain a global inventory of materials, managing reordering and retirement of assets.
• Manage procurement requests, including vendor setup, PO creation, and budget reconciliation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event vendors, print houses, and fulfillment partners.
• Provide administrative support for events across AMER and EMEA, managing registrations and attendee lists.
• Collaborate with brand, design, and finance teams to ensure on-brand assets and correct budget coding.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics and shipping for multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience with procurement systems and purchase order (PO) processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Ability to support global teams across multiple time zones and travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with major industry conferences like Black Hat, RSA, or Gartner.
• Experience with branded merchandise platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Salesforce for campaign and event tracking.
