What you will do

• Develop integrated campaign plans for events using AI tools and embed them in broader marketing strategies.
• Define event outlines including goals, targets, and communication plans for pre, during, and post-event phases.
• Evaluate events for suitability, recommend investments, and research industry trends.
• Develop, document, and improve event processes, sharing templates and best practices with the team.
• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate events, including negotiations, partnerships, and budget management.
• Handle post-event lead management, ROI analysis using AI tools, and performance reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading events, processes, and cross-functional teams in marketing.
• Proficiency in AI tools for event planning, execution, and analysis.
• Strong skills in campaign planning, negotiations, budget tracking, and ROI measurement.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to event locations.
