What you will do

• Lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor key performance metrics such as cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery percentages, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site operation audits and participate in morning loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams.
• Investigate delivery failures and escalations to provide root cause analysis and resolution for customers.
• Manage 3PL provider invoicing approval to ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with local store management and provide product-specific assembly instructions to delivery teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Stoughton, MA.
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Home Delivery Operations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
• Physical ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams).
• Flexibility with work hours, including typical 6 am start times.
