Salary: $23.00 - $24.00/hour.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to support key customer relationships.
• Manage daily operations from quoting and booking to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Strategically accept or reject freight based on capacity and margin opportunities.
• Monitor load boards, resolve issues, and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and optimize coverage for on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Oversee billing, rates, and fuel surcharges while maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be local to San Diego or Chicago to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Flexibility to support after-hours or weekend operations when necessary.
