Salary: $43,000 + cell stipend

What you will do

• Execute and maintain contracts for an independent delivery carrier force.
• Monitor and ensure delivery drivers meet established performance and service standards.
• Manage operational expenses by negotiating contractor rates and optimizing route structures.
• Resolve subscriber issues and evaluate service quality to maintain customer retention.
• Expand circulation by implementing promotions and managing route growth.
• Deliver routes personally when necessary to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for flexible shift work, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze spreadsheets, maps, and contracts.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
