Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business through outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for New Markets with an accent on cold-calling and pipeline management. Focus on converting potential prospects into opportunities and aligning client business needs with SaaS streaming solutions.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Allen, TX or Remote in specific US states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA)

Compensation: $70k OTE ($26.44/hr base + $15k variable)

What you will do

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and texts to qualify prospects in new markets.
• Maintain a high volume of activity, including at least 65 cold calls per day.
• Schedule 1-2 qualified appointments daily for Account Executives with high conversion rates.
• Manage and build the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
• Utilize Social Selling techniques via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the prospecting team to achieve KPI and quota targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Allen, TX (for hybrid) or one of the approved US remote states.
• Sales experience with a focus on phone-based prospecting and discovery.
• Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and connecting them to business needs.
• High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• Experience with Education, Government, and Live Events verticals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and ABM "go to market" strategies.
