Salary: $258,000 - $348,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 professionals across GTM Systems, Financial Systems, Integration Engineering, and ITGC.
- Define and execute the Business Systems strategy to support company growth and operational needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to prioritize initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
- Represent Business Systems in executive forums, translating technical risks and tradeoffs into business recommendations.
- Define and operationalize the team's AI strategy, including AI-assisted development and workflow optimization.
- Sponsor and oversee major business systems implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of experience leading business systems or enterprise applications, including managing managers.
- Deep expertise in quote-to-cash processes and platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment and managing ITGC programs.
- Proven success building high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience implementing technology strategies leveraging automation and AI.
