What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 professionals across GTM Systems, Financial Systems, Integration Engineering, and ITGC.
• Define and execute the Business Systems strategy to support company growth and operational needs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to prioritize initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
• Represent Business Systems in executive forums, translating technical risks and tradeoffs into business recommendations.
• Define and operationalize the team's AI strategy, including AI-assisted development and workflow optimization.
• Sponsor and oversee major business systems implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience leading business systems or enterprise applications, including managing managers.
• Deep expertise in quote-to-cash processes and platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment and managing ITGC programs.
• Proven success building high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience implementing technology strategies leveraging automation and AI.
