Business Systems Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY; Miami, FL; or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $145,800 – $182,200 + Equity

What you will do

• Administer and enhance key GTM business systems including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, and Workato.
• Build and deploy automation flows, validations, and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Analyze business requirements to write technical specifications and execute end-to-end system implementations.
• Maintain clear documentation for system builds and cross-platform integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, GTM, and Customer Success teams to optimize revenue operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Mastery of GTM automation tools such as LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato, and Hightouch.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and business processes.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; relocation assistance to NYC or SF is available if needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Looker.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Linear.
