What you will do

• Define and lead technical strategy for complex engineering and AI-driven initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Lead ISV and technology partner integrations from activation to adoption.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align platform priorities.
• Guide architectural tradeoffs and ensure enterprise-grade quality and scalability.
• Drive launch readiness by coordinating across legal, pricing, GTM, and operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale software or cloud engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, architecture, and cloud delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Proven track record of influencing technical strategy and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI to improve program delivery and execution outcomes.

Nice to have

• PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading programs involving AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Aha, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking.
