Salary: $182,700 – $274,000 Annually

What you will do
- Define and lead technical strategy for complex engineering and AI-driven initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Lead ISV and technology partner integrations from activation to adoption.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align platform priorities.
- Guide architectural tradeoffs and ensure enterprise-grade quality and scalability.
- Drive launch readiness by coordinating across legal, pricing, GTM, and operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale software or cloud engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, architecture, and cloud delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Proven track record of influencing technical strategy and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Experience applying AI to improve program delivery and execution outcomes.
Nice to have
- PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading programs involving AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with Aha, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking.
