What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for AI-driven Quote to Cash (QTC) programs, coordinating timelines and execution across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Partner with the Chief AI Officer to convert AI strategy into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Run program kickoffs, establish stakeholder meeting cadence, and lead go/no-go meetings ahead of AI feature releases and QTC system go-lives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively identify/resolve blockers before they impact delivery.
• Maintain program visibility in Jira (plans, dashboards, automation) and provide weekly timeline updates and executive status reporting with risk assessment.
• Support engineering planning cycles by sizing dependencies, setting realistic commitments, and aligning sprint commitments to program milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development environments.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-department programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of QTC process flows and how they intersect with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition systems.
• Comfort operating in AI-driven program environments (experience coordinating delivery of AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus).
• Expert proficiency with Jira, including plans, dashboards, and automation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both engineering teams and executive audiences.
