Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution for database infrastructure strategy, including cross-region, multi-cloud, and hybrid deployments.
• Coordinate complex programs across database vendors, hyperscalers, and internal platform teams.
• Manage external vendor relationships, including commitments, escalations, and joint roadmaps.
• Drive dependencies, risk assessments, and trade-offs for critical infrastructure services.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders.
• Create and maintain program documentation, including status reports and communication plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Several years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with database, storage, or core infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing external vendor or cloud provider relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
