TL;DR

Lead Business Consultant (Fintech): Implementing and configuring hirify.global Dimension for investment management clients with an accent on portfolio management, trading, and risk management. Focus on designing complex business solutions for asset managers, optimizing implementation processes, and mentoring international teams.

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France or Brussels, Belgium). Must be in the office two days per week.

What you will do

  • Lead major parts of hirify.global Dimension implementation projects, acting as a trusted advisor for asset managers and asset owners.
  • Design and configure solutions across multiple modules and project streams to enable desired client outcomes.
  • Advise on and improve standard implementation processes, product offerings, and service delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities and explore new ideas to support organizational development.
  • Participate in sales processes to position hirify.global concepts and offerings.
  • Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge on an international level.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a similar qualification.
  • Previous experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
  • In-depth expertise in at least two areas: portfolio management, trading, compliance, performance measurement, risk management, or regulatory topics (e.g., Solvency II).
  • Fluency in English and either French or Spanish.
  • Readiness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CIPM.
