What you will do

• Own end-to-end pricing projects, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment to implementation.
• Design and execute pricing experiments to inform packaging and monetization decisions.
• Optimize revenue per user (ARPU) through deep-dive analysis of customer segments and plans.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and local teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to high-impact projects including new market expansion and add-on development.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in pricing projects, monetization strategy, or go-to-market activities.
• Strong analytical skills including P&L management, customer segmentation, and revenue modeling.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous briefs and deliver clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• English fluency required.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Fluency in other European languages.
