Pricing Expert (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own pricing and packaging projects from preparation through rollout, rework, and future planning.
• Partner with product, product marketing, finance, and R&D stakeholders to embed pricing at the strategic level.
• Build and evolve governance frameworks for pricing and packaging decisions.
• Shape the pricing and packaging roadmap in line with broader company priorities.
• Define strategic priorities, connect pricing and packaging to revenue goals, and identify the problems the function should solve next.

Requirements

• Experience leading or significantly contributing to a complete pricing exercise, including segmentation, packaging, price setting, or monetization.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and defend recommendations.
• Strategic and governance-oriented approach to designing repeatable decision-making processes.
• AI-fluent, with practical use of AI tools for modeling, analysis, and writing.
• Fluent English required for daily collaboration with stakeholders across Europe.
