Location: Must be based in Paris. Hybrid work model requires office attendance two days per week.

What you will do

• Gather and document business functional requirements through direct client interaction.
• Configure and test the system to ensure alignment with business and technical needs.
• Write detailed functional and business specifications for solution implementation.
• Provide level 1 production support and resolve client issues through go-live.
• Identify product gaps and contribute to the evolution of the software through stakeholder feedback.
• Support clients in project planning, including scope, timeline, and milestone management.

Requirements

• Master degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software implementation.
• Solid understanding of data models and system design principles.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Ability to bridge business and technical domains with analytical rigor.
