Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Run the Growth performance operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead strategic planning and bottom-up budgeting for the Growth department in partnership with Finance.
• Design and implement variable pay plans for Sales and other Growth functions.
• Define and maintain measurement standards, KPI definitions, and attribution frameworks.
• Lead and develop a team of four senior specialists, setting direction and fostering career growth.
• Drive the AI agenda for automating reports and performance steering processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
• English proficiency required; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in people management, specifically leading senior and autonomous profiles.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Data, Finance, and business teams.
