What you will do

• Lead the scoping and delivery of high-quality tax and regulatory releases for SAP Payroll.
• Analyze legislative requirements to develop compliant updates for clients in Belgium and France.
• Produce functional system design specifications and comprehensive test strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the EMEA Tax and Regulatory team, Development, and QA teams.
• Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve complex payroll issues for customers.
• Work within an Agile framework to manage requirements and user stories.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP Payroll specifically for Belgium and France.
• In-depth expertise in payroll legislation and business processes for Belgium and France.
• Must be based in France.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global teams across the EMEA region.
• Client-focused consultative approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing Agile user stories.
