TL;DR

Senior Executive Business Partner to CFO (DevSecOps): Managing the operational and administrative rhythms of the Office of the CFO with an accent on high-trust execution, strategic calendar prioritization, and operational efficiency. Focus on reducing friction in leadership cadences, synthesizing complex information for decision-making, and leveraging AI tools to optimize executive productivity.

Location: Remote (US) with required regular in-person availability in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $129,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support the CFO with day-to-day operational needs, including scheduling, communications, and execution.
  • Manage complex calendars by vetting requests and prioritizing high-impact work.
  • Own and improve leadership cadences across the Office of the CFO, including staff meetings and planning rhythms.
  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas to ensure focused and outcome-driven discussions.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and visas.
  • Partner with People Operations, IT, and other EBPs to coordinate onboarding and resolve logistics.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Must be able to provide regular in-person support in San Francisco, CA.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Proven ownership mindset and a high bar for follow-through.
  • Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, and hirify.global.
  • Must be a resident of the United States.

  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve productivity and output quality.
