Salary: $91,000 - $136,500

What you will do
- Manage complex calendars and intricate domestic and international travel for senior leadership.
- Coordinate sensitive communications between leadership and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and prevent project delays.
- Serve as a strategic liaison across internal teams to align diverse priorities and foster collaboration.
- Act as an external representative for the commercial brand to articulate value propositions and support business development.
- Plan and execute high-stakes meetings and events, ensuring accountability for follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a liaison or high-level administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven experience supporting a sales organization with extensive external stakeholders.
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong preference for experience in HealthTech, Life Sciences, or B2B SaaS.
