What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, proactively managing business rhythms and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and execute high-impact cross-functional projects, tracking milestones and mitigating risks.
• Support annual planning cycles, QBRs, and operating cadences through data analysis and reporting.
• Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and executive communications to ensure alignment.
• Leverage AI tools and advanced Microsoft Office suites to automate workflows and improve decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technology sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
• Proven track record in project or program management within a fast-paced, global environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
