Salary: $87,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Manage the CEO's calendar as a strategic asset, triaging and prioritizing inbound requests based on impact and relevance.
- Design and execute travel and engagement strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across policy, corporate, philanthropic, and media sectors.
- Prepare comprehensive executive briefing materials and talking points for all external engagements.
- Draft high-level CEO communications, including priority correspondence and social media content.
- Serve as the primary in-room coordinator at high-profile events, managing flow and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in executive offices, political, policy, or high-level nonprofit external affairs.
- Proven track record in high-trust operator roles such as Chief of Staff or senior scheduler.
- Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. full-time (5 days per week).
- Exceptional writing ability for drafting executive-level communications and speeches.
- Strong executive presence and ability to operate confidently with senior leaders and high-profile stakeholders.
- Ability to travel locally on a regular basis and overnight several times per year.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in public policy, political science, public administration, or communications.
- Background in Congressional (Hill), White House, or state-level political environments.
- Familiarity with military, veteran, or national security stakeholder networks.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
