QA Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of customer complaints, from registration and urgency evaluation to delivery of response reports.
• Lead problem-solving processes using methodologies such as 4M, 5Why, and Fishbone Analysis.
• Conduct on-site investigations, sampling, and testing to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data and maintain complaint databases to report monthly/quarterly KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement process quality management systems, including SOPs, work instructions, and related training.
• Participate in quality risk assessments and product validation for new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Customer Complaint Handling.
• English proficiency: Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing skills (TOEIC 650 or above).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure and perform on-site data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or BRCGS standards.
• Experience with packaging materials or consumer goods manufacturing.
