What you will do

  • Maintain detailed certification master schedules to track progress and ensure alignment with product timelines.
  • Support internal PLM Cloud operations by creating documentation and uploading test reports.
  • Review and validate supplier compliance reports and certificates for completeness and conformity.
  • Monitor supplier certificate renewals to ensure timely updates and continuous coverage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to implement changes resulting from regulatory updates and test standard revisions.
  • Leverage AI tools and LEAN methodologies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Compliance Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory standards such as UL, CB, CE, and CCC.
  • Mandarin: Fluent proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
