What you will do

• Manage and monitor wafer foundry quality metrics to proactively reduce quality incidents.
• Act as the primary liaison for quality incidents, leading root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Oversee quality programs and auditing processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Provide feedback to foundries regarding quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead regular quality calibrations to maintain consistency across the foundry network.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality, Process, or Engineering within a wafer fab environment.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab production, WAT/PCM, and quality requirements such as 8D, MRB, and change management.
• Proficiency in quality tools including control charts, Pareto analysis, and FMEA.
• Familiarity with ISO9000, IATF16949, and VDA standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
