Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York (Hybrid; work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $210,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own recruiting analytics end-to-end by building and maintaining real-time, self-serve dashboards and reporting for recruiting leadership.
  • Build headcount and velocity models that translate hiring targets into pipeline math tied to recruiter capacity and prioritization.
  • Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and drive toward a single source of truth.
  • Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and recommendations on bottlenecks and next tests.
  • Improve the recruiting system by identifying process/calibration/prioritization drag and partnering with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
  • Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives while keeping logic auditable.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to ship analytics (dashboards/models) that teams rely on for recurring weekly decisions.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling judgment, including debugging data issues and building maintainable pipelines.
  • Quantitative modeling skills to translate recruiting stages into funnel math and capacity views and stress-test assumptions.
  • Ability to partner strategically with leaders by anticipating questions and presenting decision-ready analysis.
  • Comfort structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation).
  • Role is based in San Francisco or New York City offices and requires in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
