What you will do

• Develop and execute an independently structured, subject-specific research agenda in law and technology.
• Conduct scholarly research in areas such as AI, data governance, platform regulation, or digital rights.

• Potentially teach a course or seminar during the fellowship period.
• Collaborate with the academic community at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

Requirements

• Hold a JD, LLB, or equivalent law degree.
• Completed or substantially completed a doctoral degree in law or a related discipline.
• Be within five years of completing the doctoral degree.
• Have not previously held more than one postdoctoral fellowship appointment.
• Must not currently hold or be on leave from a faculty position.
• Canadian citizens and permanent residents will be given priority.
