What you will do

• Work directly with lawyers to uncover workflow pain points and recommend how AI solutions fit into real legal work.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating legal workflow insights into concrete product direction.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the product roadmap.
• Build and refine product demonstrations and use cases that reflect actual legal team operations.
• Introduce new AI capabilities in a tailored and credible manner for each customer.

Requirements

• Based in Toronto and eligible to work in Canada.
• Canadian practicing certificate (or equivalent common-law qualification) with 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Meaningful in-house experience at a corporation or financial institution.
• Strong background as a corporate attorney advising on corporate, commercial, and/or regulatory matters.
• Deep understanding of corporate legal workflows (commercial contracting, governance, compliance, or transactions).
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, or business teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Customer-facing or business development experience.
