Salary: $101,000 - $151,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Merchant Risk team to assess and mitigate compliance risks for merchant and platform partners.
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials for regulatory and industry standard compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Revenue departments to resolve compliance issues and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain compliance training and reference materials.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and maintain the control inventory.
• Provide expert regulatory advisory on merchant and partner integration with the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compliance certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a compliance advisory role.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial laws including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, TILA, ECOA, EFTA, and TISA.
• Experience advising revenue-generating stakeholder groups in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
