GrowHopper is seeking an experienced Head of Institutional Partnerships to lead the development and management of strategic relationships across the digital asset and capital markets ecosystem.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Build and execute the institutional partnership strategy
- Establish relationships with crypto exchanges, broker-dealers, market makers, liquidity providers, custodians, and trading firms
- Lead partnership negotiations and onboarding processes
- Expand the company's trading and liquidity ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives

🔑 Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in institutional sales, partnerships, business development, fintech, capital markets, or digital assets
- Strong network across the U.S. crypto and financial services ecosystem
- Proven success in closing institutional partnerships
- Deep understanding of digital asset markets and institutional trading infrastructure
