is looking for a sales leader who wants to be at the center of prediction markets, regulated derivatives, and digital assets. As Director of Sales (Exchange), the successful candidate will own the growth of the Predictions and Exchange business in the US, building relationships with firms and traders operating in event contracts, binary derivatives, and CFTC-regulated crypto products.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard institutional and VIP clients such as prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and FCM-registered entities.
- Build and grow client base for prediction markets and event contract offerings.
- Drive adoption among clients active in CME Bitcoin/Ether futures and options.
- Identify opportunities in tokenized real-world assets and tailor solutions.
- Build relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements.
- Represent the company at key industry events and provide market intelligence to product teams.

🔑 Requirements:
- 8+ years in institutional sales or business development in high-growth financial environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with prediction markets, tokenized RWA products, and existing relationships preferred.
- Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, or CFTC-regulated markets.
- 3+ years in digital assets/Web3 in outbound sales for exchanges or similar platforms.
- Active book of business across relevant institutional clients in US regulated markets.
- Proven revenue and volume results from institutional relationships.
- Strong knowledge of US regulatory landscape (CFTC, NFA, SEC).
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
